As Chairman / Co-Founder of USA BioEnergy, David has provided strategic direction and corporate oversite on financial affairs along with guidance during its growth trajectory. He is directly involved with the corporate filing, planning and analysis with investor relations and project funding. He has 30 plus years of executive leadership, experience including more than 20 years in executive processes, engineering and development of high impact technology ventures. David assisted in founding one of the country’s first intrastate crowdfunding portal through which he has raised capital for new ventures in multiple areas along with the expanding renewable energy industries. He has a background in law, science and technology and a BS in mechanical Engineering from Arizona State University. Prior to his Founding of USA BioEnergy David’s rolls include positions of increasing responsibility with Public and private entities. David has held leadership roles with Goodyear Tire and Rubber company, TRW Safety Systems, General Motors Corporation (Chevrolet) and Stanley tools. Andrews is the chief executive officer and co-founder of USA BioEnergy (USABE) and its subsidiary companies, Texas Renewable Fuels, and Arkansas Renewable Fuels. He leads and delivers the performance of USABE, a leading renewable energy company developing next-generation advanced biorefineries specializing in the conversion of sustainably sourced wood waste into sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), renewable diesel (RD), and naphtha.

Andrews became a broker-dealer light when he co-founded one of the first intrastate equity crowdfunding portals, in the country, under Arizona’s intrastate equity crowdfunding legislation. He is skilled in financial analysis, market analysis, investment analysis, and user decision analysis as well as raising capital in both the public and private sectors. He is a creative visionary with an inherent ability to bring new perspectives into the conversation to sell, implement and initiate new ideas, with a proficiency in business negotiations.

Andrews is the co-founder of Double Eagle Opportunity Zone Fund and Arkansas Opportunity Zone Fund. These funds were created to allow investors the opportunity to directly invest in waste to fuels projects, developed by USABE, as well as other projects at the forefront of the energy transition. This allows accredited investors to take advantage of preferential tax treatment by deferring their capital gain while investing in renewable energy projects.

Andrews is actively engaged in lobbying for clean fuels legislation to the benefit of advanced fuels producers and the bioeconomy.

Andrews is the founder of Passing the Hat for Charity, which notably works with the United Phoenix Firefighters Association on the “Pool Fence Program.” Thankfully, this effort has successfully reduced the number of children drowning in Maricopa County. Andrews was previously a board member of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Youth Assistance Foundation.

Experienced with distressed, undervalued, REO properties reintroduced to the marketplace through bulk non-performing loan pools and individual investors. Creating platform models to evaluate properties potential performance in all 3 categories; buy, sell, or hold.

For a seller, determine the home's value in the current market for a listing price, enter the home into the MLS database, market the home in print, and other traditional media, as well as on the Internet, help the seller in negotiations to try and get the price they want and coordinate the process from contract through the closing, including inspections, documents, and other items necessary to close.

For the buyer, help them to locate and view homes that meet their requirements, assist them with securing a mortgage, work with them through negotiations and counter offers with the seller, coordinate/schedule appraisals, inspections, and other activities related to the transaction.
